As a general rule, plan for about 10–12 sq ft per guest for seated events and more if you're adding a dance floor or buffet tables. Most tent setups require staking into the ground for stability. If staking isn't possible (concrete, pavement, or other restrictions), we can discuss alternative anchoring options. Let us know about your setup location when you contact us and we'll plan accordingly.
We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends and weddings. Our schedule fills up quickly from May through September. Contact us early to secure your preferred date.
